To be start a return or request a refund, please email info@curiousbeing.org with your order number and reason for return. Only items in like new condition are eligible for returns.

We will get back to you within 2 business days with instructions for your return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and details about your return.

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

Curious B.E.I.N.Gs cannot unfortunately process exchanges.
